At SahiPrice.com, operated by Sahi Price, we want you to be satisfied with your shopping experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which you can request a cancellation, return, or refund.
1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not already been shipped.

Once the product is dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.

2. Returns & Replacements
We accept returns and offer replacements only under the following conditions:

The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
3. Refunds

Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI (details to be shared by the customer).
4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care.

Items returned without original packaging or accessories.

Certain personal-use items (e.g., grooming products, undergarments, hygiene-related items) for safety and hygiene reasons.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or wrong product, return shipping costs will be borne by us.

For any other reason, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
