Refund policy

At SahiPrice.com, operated by Sahi Price, we want you to be satisfied with your shopping experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which you can request a cancellation, return, or refund.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not already been shipped.

  • Once the product is dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.

2. Returns & Replacements

We accept returns and offer replacements only under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI (details to be shared by the customer).

4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care.

  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories.

  • Certain personal-use items (e.g., grooming products, undergarments, hygiene-related items) for safety and hygiene reasons.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or wrong product, return shipping costs will be borne by us.

  • For any other reason, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
